REPLICABLE

Our construction system is modular, therefore, replicating, reducing or expanding is relatively simple, which also makes it adaptable to different needs and different destinations.

MATERIALS

The structure of our construction system is almost entirely in wood, therefore its carbon footprint is very low, it is also certified and treated for humidity and insects, we also use concrete for the foundations, which have much less volume as they are the lightweight frame and we use steel only for structural hardware and corner tie plates.

COMFORT

The different elements and details implemented allow direct cross ventilation and elevated cross ventilation to evacuate hot air, all ventilation is adjustable; the concrete used for the foundation's floating slab and the mezzanine, due to its mass and characteristics, helps to maintain cool temperatures, this is reinforced by the use of green roofs and complemented by open spaces that are connected to external roofed areas.

EFFICIENT

The construction model, being modular, optimizes the amount of materials used, minimizing waste. The roof design is intended to accommodate solar panels; solar heaters on the bathrooms's roof and photovoltaic on the main pitched roof. The construction system also includes a system for treating and recovering rainwater for use in toilets and treated water for irrigation.
